This family had recently upgraded their entire HVAC system and shortly thereafter began struggling with home comfort due to extremely high humidity levels in the home. Upon inspection, we found significant growth in the crawl space due to high moisture levels. The below floor conditions were profoundly affecting both the indoor air quality and comfort of the home.

We cleaned and sealed the crawlspace, added ducted dehumidification to thoroughly move and dry the air, and as is our standard process, installed an indoor monitor / control so the customer could enjoy the peace of mind of easily managing humidity levels. The comfort issues have been totally resolved and we have genuinely appreciated this customer referring us since doing their work!
